Terms of Use (Usage & IP)

Purpose. Beritafy indexes publicly available news and provides analytical summaries for informational use.
Third-party content. Headlines, excerpts, and images belong to their original publishers. We show links/metadata; do not republish or redistribute.
Allowed use. Internal research/monitoring only. No scraping of Beritafy, bulk export, resale, or automated harvesting without written consent.
AI & accuracy. Insights may be AI-generated and are provided “as-is”. Verify with original sources; no warranties or guarantees.
Availability & liability. Service may change or be interrupted. We are not liable for losses from inaccuracies, interruptions, or reliance on outputs.

Collection. Minimal account/support info (if provided) and basic analytics (IP, device, usage).
Use. Operate the platform, improve performance, detect abuse, and send opted-in updates. No sale of personal data.
Retention. Keep analytics up to 12 months; account data until deletion/withdrawal of consent.
Security. HTTPS + Cloudflare controls; no system is 100% secure, but reasonable safeguards are applied.
Rights. Access/correct/delete your data or request takedowns via admin@beritafy.com.
